Wholesale terms & shipping

Who can buy

Laboratories, research-supply distributors, resellers and other research buyers. No account or approval is needed: submit a PO from the order sheet and the pro-forma invoice comes back by email. Every order confirms laboratory research use only.

Units and minimums

  • The unit of sale is the kit of 10 vials, one compound and one size per kit. We do not sell single vials and we do not split kits.
  • Minimum order: 50 kits. Mix any compounds and sizes to reach it.
  • Pricing tiers are set by the total number of kits on one order and apply to every kit on that order: Standard pricing from 50 to 99 kits; Volume pricing, the lowest listed price per kit, from 100 kits.
  • Custom volume: orders of 500 kits or more can be priced by quote. Request one from the volume quote form; the quoted per-kit price replaces the tier price on that order.
  • Price match: send a lower wholesale price on the same compound, size and form from a US supplier, as a written quote or published price list, with the product in stock and a third-party COA for the lot. We compare per vial at the same quantity and verify the price before matching; a price we can’t verify isn’t matched. A confirmed match comes by email with a private price link, and the matched price is billed on your PO and pro-forma invoice. Clearance, coupon and auction prices are excluded. Request one from the price match form.
  • Every kit price is listed to the cent, and the per-kit price on your order sheet, or on your written quote for custom volume, is the price invoiced. Retail list prices appear for comparison only and are never what a buyer is charged.

Payment

  • Wire transfer or cryptocurrency only. Payment instructions are issued with the pro-forma invoice for each order.
  • Orders are released to the warehouse when funds clear. Net terms are available to repeat buyers on request.
  • We do not accept ACH, card payments, PayPal, Venmo or checks.
  • Send remittance confirmations and payment questions to [email protected], quoting your PO number.

Shipping

  • Ships from our US warehouse by FedEx. Orders released by 12:00 Central ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day. No Sunday shipments.
  • Freight is quoted on the pro-forma invoice.
  • Report shortages or transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the carton and contents; we file the carrier claim and replace confirmed damage.

Returns

Wholesale sales are final once shipped. Sealed kits with a confirmed quality defect, documented against the lot COA, are replaced. We do not accept returns for change of mind, over-ordering, or opened kits.

Compliance

All products are sold for laboratory research use only. The buyer confirms that it is a business or institution, that purchases are for in-vitro research, and that products will not be resold for any other use, relabelled as anything other than research material, or marketed with any claim about use in humans or animals. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
